Join Manitoba's Best Sommelier 2015 Sean Dolenuck as he guides you through a fun and interactive sensory wine tasting experience.
This event workshop is open to all wine appreciation levels.
The evening will be performed in two parts
PART 1- A sensory workshop detailing the structural components in wine and what makes a wine...well wine. These are essential building blocks in assessing wine for qualities to help with blind tastings, further enjoyment and continuing education.
PART 2- A tasting workshop where 5 exceptional wines will be tasting and assessed to verify the sensory workshop.
If you want to hone your tasting skills or have a refresher on re-calibrating your palate to the structure of wine then this the event you do not want to miss!!
