Manitoba Club is Canada’s oldest private club, dedicated to excellence in service, hospitality, and tradition. We are currently seeking a polished and professional individual to join our Front of House team.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exemplary service to members and their guests in our dining rooms, lounges, and private event spaces. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the standards of service expected within a premier private club.
Position Details
Employment Type: Part-time to start, with potential for additional hours based on performance and business needs.
Service Excellence: Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests, ensuring a refined dining and social experience.
Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and etiquette at all times.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues across service and culinary teams to deliver seamless member experiences.

Qualifications
-Prior hospitality or fine dining experience is strongly preferred.
-Formal wine education or certification is an asset; interest in training will be considered. -Experience in bartending or knowledge of IBA guidelines is also an asset
-English is required. Fluency in other languages, with special consideration given to French, is considered an advantage.
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage members respectfully and discreetly.
-A polished and professional demeanor, with an emphasis on reliability and consistency.
-Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
