In Good Spirits Cocktail Competition returns for its 4th edition, and this year promises to be bigger than ever. Presented by the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers (CAPS) Manitoba Chapter in partnership with Manitoba Liquor Mart, this exciting showcase will bring together 18 of Manitoba’s talented bartenders as they represent their establishments and compete for a place on the podium and an incredible lineup of prizes.
In front of 400+ guests, each competitor will create a signature cocktail featuring a product assigned by a sponsoring agency, highlighting both their creativity and technical skill while showcasing the versatility of the featured spirit or ingredient. The result is an energetic and inspiring celebration of Manitoba’s hospitality scene, where innovation, passion, and craftsmanship take center stage.
More than just a competition, In Good Spirits is also a charity event, with proceeds supporting this year’s charitable recipient, Agape Table Inc. It is an evening of outstanding cocktails, spirited competition, and meaningful impact—bringing the industry and community together for a great cause.
